Moab Cataract Condo (helt ny!)

Njut av en lägenhet med två sovrum med ett mycket välutrustat kök när du besöker Moab-området. Varje sovrum har egen king size-säng och eget badrum. Denna fastighet ligger i ett lugnt område några minuter söder om centrala Moab med fantastisk utsikt över Moab-fälgen ut och platt passera ut tillbaka. Vi har också en stor community center med en pool, badtunna, lekplats, tennisbana och basketboll står bara 1 minuters promenad från vår ytterdörr.

Vår plats kan bekvämt rymma upp till 8 personer. Dina alternativ för mat är oändliga. Ha en pizza levererad och njut av det på en av våra två uteplatser. Piska upp något fint i vårt välutrustade kök som ger alla matlagningsprodukter, krukor, kastruller, skålar, tallrikar, koppar och köksredskap. Ta en promenad på natten genom stadsdelen och njut av Moabs berömda mörka himlen och ljusa stjärnor.

Easter Jeep Safari vacation

This was our second time renting this condo, last year being our first. It was clean and very comfortable. Our family has been out to vacation in Moab many times over the years and for years we had stayed in a hotel. But this place has everything that you need and was so nice to have a place to come back to that was quiet, to relax and unwind. We definitely would recommend this place to our friends and family and would definitely stay again on our next trip out to Moab.

Great Place

The home was great. Clean and looks very nice. Well stocked. Very convenient location. Owners very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed it—perfect place to access the parks and all that the Moab area has to offer!

The place was clean. I liked the bike storage room.

The place was clean and having a place to keep the bikes secured was great. My only complaints were; We couldn’t open the guest lock box but fortunately the other lock box worked. There was only one key in the other box and there were 3 of us. We tried contacting the number with our reservation but we didn’t receive any response. So not sure if there were other issues that we would have had a response from them. Only other minor item was the fridge didn’t have an ice maker. I own 3 properties and all my 5 fridges have ice makers, it’s just more convenient for guests. We also couldn’t close the key lock box when checking out so we had the leave the key on the counter. I would suggest that they get some combination door locks like most places and a security camera if they are worried about intruders. Unless you drive a car the location is 5 miles from the Center of Moab.

Great Accommodations!

This is a great property and will stay there again. Well stocked, very clean and perfect location for us. FYI - there were some issues with ants in the kitchen so maybe spraying for bugs would help but not a huge problem.

Wonderful experience

I’m so glad I chose to book with Dan and stay at this property. It was only 10 mins from downtown Moab so the location was great. The place was clean, perfect amount of space and the amenities was jus what I needed. The beds had a pillow top that made them very soft where you just sunk right in and fell asleep. The pool was jus a few mins walk away. The kitchen had everything we needed to save some money and cook there. The best part was when we were relaxing after visiting the Parks we had Google cast and Netflix available for our viewing without any hassle so that’s awesome. If you didn’t want those, the cable channels were available too. I will surely stay again if I come back to Moab.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Came to Moab to 4x4 and this rental was exactly what we were looking for. Close to everything but a few minutes out of town. Rented with another couple and there was more than enough room for everyone. Very well equiped and had everything we needed. Look forward to staying again.

Amazing place to stay

This property is very nice. It was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at and the beds are super comfy! It is just minutes outside of Moab and is in a quiet setting. It was a great home base for our family to explore Arches and Canyonlands. The owners are very professional and are on top of things. We will stay there again!

Nice newer condo near Moab

We stayed her for our family vacation. I have been coming to Moab for almost 20 years. This place was as nice as any I have stayed in in the past. It was perfect for my family of 6. Each kid had their own bed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, dishes and other things we needed. The pool worked great in the afternoon when it heated up. Thanks for the nice place to call home for a couple days.

Excellent place to stay in Moab

My family of 4 recently stayed at Cataract Condo and we LOVED it. We were very pleased by how clean it was, how much space we had and the condo's location. We were there to visit Arches. The Condo is on the other side of Moab (opposite from the park), but it wasn't a bad drive from condo to park (15 mins tops). We didn't want to stay in the middle of Moab anyway. We liked that the condo was on the outskirts - quieter. The Condo had everything we could have possibly needed (hair dryers in bathrooms, toilet paper, paper towels, a full kitchen stocked with pots/pans/utensils/spices, bathroom linens, etc.). There's a washer and dryer upstairs in the hallway which I took advantage of. The condo was actually larger than it looked on VRBO. Each bedroom has a large bed and plenty of extra floor space and closets. Both bathrooms were a good size and the toilet room downstairs was a nice addition. It was more room than my family of 4 needed so definitely two families or an extended family could stay. The beds were comfortable and the living room had two sofas and a love seat and a desk area. So a LOT of space. We never had time to use the pool but it's as pictured (small). My only regret is that we didn't book more nights. We really enjoyed our stay at Cataract Condo. There's a lot to do/see in Moab ;-)

Great Condo close to Moab and parks

Stayed here for a week with my husband and 2 grown daughters. The condo featured nice roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The patios were a nice place to eat. The area was quiet. Check-in was easy. Overall a great stay.

Great Stay

We had an amazing time in Moab, staying at this property. It was just as pictured. I have to admit we weren't at the property but sleep. We did try to use the pool area one afternoon but all the lounge chairs were taken and it got really windy. We would definitely stay here again.
