Gillade inte: Renlighet, bekvämligheter och boendets skick och faciliteter
When we went inside to check-in, there was sign up stating the front desk person was away working with another guest. We did not have to wait too long for her to return. When we got back to our room that night, we had no hot water. I complained the next morning and was moved to a room that was supposed to have hot water 3 rooms down from the one I was in. This room had lukewarm water (barely) no TV, no phone to call the front desk, and no trash bins. There was also a bar of used soap in the shower. When I went downstairs to let the lady at the front desk know all of this, I was told there was nothing she could do and I needed to speak with Peter or Jessica in the morning. When we went down to leave in the morning, the sign was back on the counter about them being away working with another guest. I waited for five minutes and no one showed up and I left as we wanted to get on the road back home. And, our room keys had to be replaced because they stopped working. I'm glad I was only there for 2 nights.
