3. We love fury friends! We allow pets at our sole discretion for an additional fee...pet fee begins at $25 and is dependent on the number and size of your pet. Pet fee MUST BE PAID in full prior to check-in. **Please message us directly and let us know if you intend bring your pet(s). Include their breed, size, and age. **All pets must be up to date on vaccines, flea and tick medication, housebroken, non-barkers, non-aggressive, on leash, and stay off of all furniture.

4. This is a smoke-free property...inside, outside and anywhere on the property. If smoking is detected inside the property, there will be a $350 fee added to your reservation.

5. Early check-in and late check-out is a case by case basis. Because we are so focussed on the cleanliness of our properties, we want to ensure we have sufficient time to prepare for the next guess. Please message us to confirm... Thank you for your understanding.

6. We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors during your stay. Please keep the noise to an appropriate level. Our neighbors are also our friends and advocates!

8. The street out front is not a highly trafficked street, and there is plenty on street parking on State & Conception. The best part...it's free!
