Pet Policy:
We’re happy to welcome pets! A $75 fee per pet plus a $300 refundable deposit applies. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including outdoor areas. Waste must be picked up promptly to avoid additional cleaning charges. Pets should be kept off furniture to minimize shedding-related cleaning, and extra care is taken to prepare the home for future guests, including those with allergies.
House Guidelines:
☞ Furniture must remain in its original place; moving items will incur a fee.
☞ BBQ grills or fire pits are available, but propane and firewood are not supplied.
☞ Please remove shoes upon entering the home.
☞ Meals should not be eaten in bed to prevent linen damage.
☞ Any excessive mess or damage will result in additional charges.
Cleaning:
Professional cleaning teams prepare the home for each stay. If the home is left in unusually poor condition or with damage beyond normal use, extra charges from our cleaning contractors may apply.
Terms of Stay:
All guests may be asked to sign a digital rental agreement in accordance with legal requirements and house rules. A security deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.
