Hotell nära Moda Center

“Location”

“Stora färgglada rum med gång avstånd till Nob Hill och Pearl district. Konstig lukt när man först kommer in i hotellet men rummet var rent & fräscht.”

“Staff was great. Damien was so helpful at the reception for recommending places to eat which were very close for breakfast lunch and dinner”

“Very good”

“Nice and helpful staff, I would recommend it to other travelers. Close to restaurants.”

“Amazing”

“Good traditional American breakfast, but a I bit expensive and maybe not to healthy..... some more veggies / fruits would be bood”

“Ingen städning alls under hela vistelsen, inga nya/rena handdukar (detsamma gällde mina kollegor under samma vistelse). Frukost öppnade inte förrän kl 07.00, dessutom var servicen vid frukosten långsam. ”

“Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation. Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didn’t have time to use...

“Good location downtown. Had room available and allowed early check in around 10:30. Not a fan of the polished concrete floors in rooms. Very cold to the touch. Elevator key card access system was periodically broken and I and others had to have front desk “re-key” our cards, sometimes multiple times. Good restaurant inside.”

“Great hotel, nice staff. Sadly the bar is not open Monday to Tuesday and the breakfast was not so good”
