“I never got an explanation for the bill being more than my confirmation. I asked for a manger to call and they never did. The TV set up is poor. The remote doesnt see the TV so channel changing is very difficult and there should be 2 tvs. No lotion in the room. The breakfast mediocore at best, no danish or muffins, whole fruit option was just bananas. I stay with the hotel often and I inadvertantly ckecjed for high speed i caled to tell them it was an error and they didnt care and charged...

“The room was dirty at check in. ( Arrived at 9:30 pm. ) although they cleaned it, we didn’t get into a clean room until 10:30 pm. Highly inconvenient after a very long day of travel.”
