The house is very comfortable with everything you need, there was a generous welcome basket on our arrival to get us started. The house is in a very quiet hamlet and the garden overlooks open countryside. It is about a 15 minute drive from the nearest town (Mino) which has supermarkets, bars/restaurants and beaches. "The apartments are very clean and well equipped. It is wealth worth paying the extra for the sea view rooms. The views are great. Directly below the apartments are a friendly bar service great coffee and a well stocked supermarket, and directly across the road is the beautiful and very clean beach. There are also several good and very reasonably priced restaurants nearby. It all felt very comfortable, friendly and homely but with a great beach. Have to also add that the Property Managers...

"This is rated a 4 star hotel, however I don't think it deserves this rating. The rooms are comfortable and clean but I think the bath should have a nonslip surface and there should be a rail to hold onto when getting into the bath. The cafeteria does not offer or other food unless the restaurant is open. The buffet breakfast is abundant. The restaurant only offers an evening meal with a set menu of limited choice and no vegetarian options. We did not use the spa facilities."
