“Me and my fiancé where staying at Botanic Sanctuary for three nights for our mini honeymoon during mid February.
Upon our arrival to the hotel room I got an overall feeling that it wasn’t really cleaned thoroughly. A couple of minutes later I wanted to grab a cold drink from the mini bar, where I found a opened jar of baby food in it. I immediately called the reception, the receptionist said they where very sorry and would send staff to remove it as soon as possible.

“I admit, I expected little from the room and hotel, but was blown away all the same. The room was comfy, spacious, clean, service was lovely and the location was excellent. ”

“The hotel is really nice and clean. Services are good, even though sometimes it feels the employees cannot decide or tell unless asked on things. For example, be careful if you have a car higher than 1.85 m. It will not fit their underground garage. Then you have to ask where you can park and they recommend you something. Nonetheless, the other parking is not for free (included in the room price) and I personally did not get any compensation back. One other thing I was not told about, was that...
“An oasis in the middle of the city! A pleasure for the senses, nice aromatic smells, the sound of the water in the fountain locating in the courtyard. The rooms are trendy, modern with a warm homy look. The old building is renovating very tastefully. The staff is friendly, competent and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, beautiful, charming and lively quarter. Highly recommended!”

“Lovely hotel in the center of Antwerpen. Walking distance to design quarters (5 min) and to the big shopping street as well. Rooms are well planned with very comfortable bed and lovely linen to the duvet. White Company products in Shower and friendly staff.
Was not impressed by the breakfast. A mix of buffet and order that was fair - but oh the coffee - under all critics, tasted very sour. Also no minibar in the room but a bottle with cleaned tap water.”

"Stayed one night in a family room with a family of four, one teenager and one 8 year old. Big and spacious room with cool design and a nice set up to sit in the windows. The kids loved the bunk beds and extra plus for a small shelf inside.
Lobby is very big and welcoming with many different areas to sit down on your own or together! We also enjoyed the rooftop bar which was super nice! You can also wash your clothes in a washing machine in a separate part of the lobby (for an additional cost).
All in all, great value and vibes!
