Welcome to the Rosengarten apartment on the edge of the flower town of Mössingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb. The apartment is located on the top floor of a family house, with the owners living on the ground floor. You reach the apartment via a shared entrance and staircase. The apartment features a living-dining room with balcony, one bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, an entrance area with wardrobe, and a dressing room. The spacious L-shaped sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed if needed. Entertainment is provided by a modern TV, Bluetooth speaker, and stereo system. The kitchen, with skylight, is equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and all necessary utensils. The bathroom with natural light is accessible only through the bedroom and offers a shower, toilet, washing machine, and drying rack. Bed linen and towels are included. Free Wi-Fi, smoke detectors, and a first-aid kit are available. For small children, a travel cot, pull-out chair (70x190 cm), and high chair can be provided on request. A lockable bicycle storage is also available on request. Free parking is available in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. Pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside. Events and parties are not allowed. There are many options for hiking, cycling, or day trips. The forest is a 5-minute walk away, shops are 10 minutes away. Bus connections and the train station are nearby. The town center is less than 20 minutes on foot.
