“The room es ever clean. Check in was smooth and easy.”

“The property was understaffed and as a result there was minimal breakfast and front desk staff had to restock food and mind the front desk. Guests were ordering food at McDonalds for children. ”

The only cons were the pool room was out of towels so I had to go ask for some while dripping wet. And the pull out couch had no bedding. “Clean rooms, pool and hot tub were nice temperatures, breakfasts was good. Only down fall no elevator. Staff was courteous ”

“The hot tub was fine. But the pool was very cold. I couldn’t get in all the way and swim. Which is why I chose this hotel with the configuration of the pool. ”

“Conviently located closed to interstate 94 and highway 83. Entrance to the hotel off the street is a left into a driveway that is not well marked to the hotel so can be a bit confusing. Its very comfortable once in the hotel.”

“There wasn’t a lot of parking, I was told that I should have come back earlier when visiting family. It was late, but a backhoe taking up 4 spots isn’t really ideal. The guy that checked me in was super nice and helpful. ”

“Breakfast was well supplied, the lady kept the area completely clean and organized. Hotel was quiet. Staff was super helpful. Upon check in, our room stunk of sewage. And dirty dishes were in sink and dishwasher. Salad dressings in the fridge. There was no other room to move us to and I wasn’t feeling well. The lady documented the complaint and was very helpful. The bedding was clean, so were countertops and bathroom. ”

“There was mold around the bottom of tub, the room was dated with few outlets and the workout room only had one machine available as the other two were broke. Didn’t eat the breakfast but it looked okay.”

“The staff in the evening are very friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent. The kitchen was delightful. My grandma passed away, so I was able to have family over to visit.”

“tayed here recently and overall it was fine — the room itself was decent and everything worked as expected. However, the bathroom was a big downside. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been and definitely felt pretty gross, which made the stay less comfortable. If they improved their bathroom cleanliness, this would be a much better experience.”
