Welcome to Blue Sea!



A spectacular apartment renovated in 2021 on the beachfront, where magical sunrises and sunsets await you, and unlimited wifi and high speed 300mbs.

Located at the spectacular Playa de Mogán, in a very quiet residential building, with materials and finishes of the highest quality and an unbeatable distribution. It has a large terrace with sea views, sun loungers and a seating area.



The house renovated in 2021, with a contemporary and modern style, is distributed as follows:

- Private terrace with sea views, 4 sun loungers, outdoor shower and outdoor dining area.

- Kitchen equipped with dining table and kitchen utensils.

- Living room with sofas and Smart TV with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...), all the sport in Europe such as Spanish League, Premier League...

- A bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and direct access to the terrace.

- A bedroom with two single beds and a ceiling fan.

- A bathroom with a shower.



In all rooms there is air conditioning and free unlimited Wi-Fi, speed 300mbs.



The house can be enjoyed both inside and outside throughout the year, as it offers all the comfort you can expect, as well as wonderful views of the beach.



There is a cot and high chair available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Baby cot and high chair will be provided only on request.



This property is located within a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited.



There is the possibility to rent a parking space during your stay in front of the building. This cost is not included in the reservation. Approximate prices, 44€ one week, 55€ two weeks.

EMPLACEMENT PRIVILEGIE

L'appartement est clair et très bien placé mais la literie de la master est très désagréable et ne correspond pas aux standards de prix de ce type de location. Un check de l'appartement est nécessaire en SAV (poignées de porte, machine à laver fuite)

Best Views in Puerto Mogan

Location was excellent with beach just minutes away and so many choices of restaurants, shops and a large supermarket close to the apartment. Wow! large terrace with table, chairs and quality sunbeds. It would have been good to have a better shower attachment but it worked well and always lots of lovely hot water. We did have a problem with both sets of keys when trying to unlock the main entrance door which always took a few minutes before we could get into the building. A resident assisted on one occasion and he confirmed the problem was with the keys and not the lock itself. This is a great vacation property.

Property was very well equipped except it could have done with some large mugs. Ideally situated overlooking the beach and no noise problems. Parking on the street behind was handy and not expensive. I would have liked to pay by credit card instead of bank transfer which was unnecessarily longwinded.

Excellent position, well equipped, great town

We really enjoyed our stay here (for a week in March '23). The apartment is above a row of shops and restaurants, one floor up. It looks out over the restaurant canopies to the beach perhaps 10m away. You have a great view of the beach and the harbour. There are two bedrooms. The double bedroom is lovely and bright with a French door onto the sun-deck. The second bedroom (two twins) is much darker, with just a small window into the interior atrium of the building. Both rooms are roomy and with good storage. The kitchen diner is bright, modern and and roomy with a big fridge and a big freezer. There is a two-ring cooker and a small built-in microwave oven (which may have been a conventional oven too - we didn't use it). Typically just 4 of everything (plates, mugs etc.). The kitchen-diner flows nicely into the sun-deck through another French door. The sun-deck is huge, and faces south so it's a great place to sunbathe - but there is also plenty of shade. It's a really nice place to spend lot of time. Well equipped with loungers, chairs and tables. There are apartments to either side and above, but they are well screened and you feel like you definitely have your own private space. Although the promenade and restaurants are very close, there was no noise problem. Bathroom has a large shower, bidet and WC. Shower and bidet are quite enthusiastic, so you may have to dry the floor until you learn to manage them - which takes a couple of goes. There's a washing machine on the sun-deck (in its own soundproofed cabinet, which is a great idea) and a clothes horse to dry stuff. Finally, a word for the air-conditioning which is SUPERB. Whisper quiet, no noticeable draft anywhere yet still really effective. Only small negative on the accommodation was the quality of the bedsheets which were very thin and not very pleasant to sleep in. We greatly enjoyed Puerto de Mogan, and it was definitely the best resort we saw on our travels along the south and east coats of Gran Canaria. Relatively small, and all low-rise accommodation. Lots of excellent restaurants, from the gourmet, through mid-range bistrots, to bars-with-food.

Highly Recommended

We have just returned from a quick 1 week stay in Playa De Mogan Gran Canaria. Where we stayed at Blue Sea 1 This apartment is billed as high quality and in excellent position . So what was our experience. 1: Booking process with VRBO ( Home & Away) was fine , but its worth noting that the excellent host Pablo markets his accommodation on VRBO etc: but handles all payments etc direct. 2: Host: Pablo is excellent at replying quickly to messages and always very helpful. We would not hesitate to reserve a holiday stay with him again. 3: Arrival information and check in. Pablo sent out by WhatsApp lots of information about 3/4 days before arrival. This was very helpful and we were requested to advise him of our departure from the Airport so as he could arrange one if his team to meet us at the door on our arrival to give us the keys and show the apartment. This worked well . 4: Parking : In the main this proved easy with exception of Market Day when the area gets fairly busy. There is paid parking just opposite the apartment building at 6euro for daytime and free from 20:00 till 0900 the next day plus free on street parking nearby. Finally if all else fails there is also an underground car park opposite at 9euro per day. 5: The Apartment: This is an above average property frontline overlooking the pleasant Mogan Beach, it is above a number if excellent restaurants and 5/10mins walk from lots more around the adjacent Marina. Even though this apartment is above restaurants and bars we found it very quiet. There are two bedrooms , the master has a comfortable 1.5m double ( known as queen size where we come from ) with lots of wardrobe space. The 2nd bedroom is a standard but fairly generous twin. . These bedrooms share a modern bathroom which has a shower wc bidet etc. and lots of piping hot water. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances which we used and found to be in good order. Lounge area has comfortable seating and the best & most incredible tv system we have ever experienced during many apartment and villa rentals over the years. Finally Blue Sea 1 has a large terrace which has good quality sun beds adequate shade. All in all one the best holiday rental properties we have stayed in over the years. To summarise: Host excellent Apartment excellent Position excellent Would we recommend ? Yes for sure Would we return definitely ? Yes for sure

Sehr schönes Appartement - 1A Lage

Wir haben diese sehr schöne, völlig neu renovierte Wohnung 14 Tage im November genießen können. Die tolle Terrasse mit unglaublichem Blick und ihrer direkten Lage am Strand sind einfach nur großartig und bieten auch 4 Gästen (wir waren zu zweit) mehr als ausreichend Platz. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr netter Gastgeber und ebensolcher Empfang mit Wasser, Wein und Snacks. Absolute Empfehlung!!
