The house has three bedrooms distributed as follows: the master bedroom located on the ground floor is composed of a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; a second bedroom with two single beds also located on the ground floor; the last of the bedrooms is located on the mezzanine of the living room and consists of a trundle bed with two single beds and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The house has another bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.

The living room will be the perfect place for your next family gatherings. With impressive double-height ceilings and large windows, this place radiates light and warmth in equal parts. The kitchen is American-style and has a great breakfast bar. In addition, it is perfectly equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a barbecue. The dining room is located in a separate room, thus providing more privacy.

Outside you will find a porch with a dining area where you can organize great family evenings and a large garden with endless views of the Tinto River. If you prefer, you can take a dip in its wonderful private pool or relax with a good book while enjoying the Andalusian sun.

Access to the house is via a winding, bumpy lane, some of which are unpaved.
