âWe travelled as a family with kids and we are very pleased with our stay at Raffles. The service was excellent. They provided everything we asked for and everyone was very kind and helpful. The facilities are very spacious, functional and clean. The lobby area is especially beautiful. The pool area was also very nice. We also had great massages at the spa. The direct access to the mall is very convenient. â

Park Hyatt Deira is more like a resort. No high floors. Very nice adult pool area. We had direct access to the beach/ pool area and the sunset was beautiful in their infinity pool
The award winning breakfast is extra ordinary. Mr Dheeraj welcomed us with a nice presentation and rest of the staff was very professional!

âI never give five stars unless Iâm truly satisfied. This hotel was very good and affordable. Itâs close to the airport and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff there were also very caring. Akul helped me with the check-out and also with booking a taxi. I stayed for one night due to a long layover. âPersonalen var jĂ€ttetrevlig och hjĂ€lpsam. Det var lite annorlunda nu nĂ€r vi reser under Corona-tider och det Ă€r viktigt med renlighet och socialt avstĂ„nd. PĂ„ Novotel Bur upplevde vi att de gjort allt för att bemöta detta!
Hotellfrukosten kunde kanske ha varit lite bÀttre men pÄ det stor hel var vi mkt nöjda.

âFantastiskt vackert hotel. Underbar pool och mycket vĂ€nlig personal. Inga problem att fĂ„ glutenfritt bröd och mandelmjölk till kaffet. Dom fixade tom glutenfria alternativ till mig i executive loungen utan att jag bett om det i förvĂ€g. Underbara badrumsprodukter. AnvĂ€nde bara dom under hela veckan. Aldrig gjort det förutđ kommer tillbakaâ
âThe water view apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a balcony. Dubai tends to be hot in July, but the room A/C worked well so we were really comfortable indoors, despite 104 deg F outside.
The apartment has a kitchenette, clothes washer, dishwasher and plenty of sun in the balcony to air dry laundry.
Front desk was pleasant, and the housekeeping did a great job daily.
There is a grocery provisions store downstairs, a full supermarket is easy walk and best of all the Taxi Cafe...

Breakfast buffet tasty, but not much to choose (normally small hotels) - I've got that I'm liked in morning đ

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond, exceeding 5-star standards in their service and hospitality. The service was truly incredible, available around the clock, and we were always met with cheerful attitudes. The food was delicious(!), and a special thanks to Mahin, who often served us and made our stay even more special. Thanks also to Buddi and Ahmed, who were always happy, attentive, and available by the pool.
The hotel was about a 15-minute walk to the metro, and the station is approximately five stops away from Burj Khalifa. Around the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants with reasonable prices since the area is a bit outside the city center.
There were also shuttle buses running three times a day to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa and twice a day to the beach.
Our room was cleaned daily. We would gladly come back here again!"
