Wonderful views
Our host, Mr. Loreano, was very welcoming, the houses well kept and the pool refreshing after steep walks. We really recommend this property.

Perfect stay
Perfect stay for us when we were three families, us and our two kids with their families. We could combine private time and being together. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. The surrounds are just beautyful. Our host was very friendly.

En väldigt vacker plats
En vacker oas högt uppe bland de toscanska bergen. Vi var där 2 veckor från mitten av september och det höga läget gjorde att det blev kallt om kvällarna ca 10 grader kallare än i dalen så ta med tjocka kläder så blir det hur mysigt som helst. Värden besökte oss nästan varje dag för att se att vi hade det 👍🏻

Thank you for your review, and we are glad to hear you had a wonderful time and found this an oasis of peace! We hope to hear from you another time. NB - for future guests do note that the property is 500M higher than the valley so the temperature will be 5 degrees cooler at night (1 degree per 100M) so you do need warmer clothes for eating outside in the evenings. It does however make for wonderfully cool air for sleeping and also for fresher days....the views are of course also amazing compared to lower down the hill... Lorraine at tuscan-retreats

Molazzana ricordi indimenticabili
Questo posto magnifico lasciano ricordi insostituibili grazie al suo incredibile fascino , la bellezza la tranquillità e ´`l"armonia con la natura. Ti senti accarezzato di tutto ciò che c'è intorno .La casa ben tenuta e arredamento scelto con cura e buon gusto . Non manca nulla in cucina o in bagno, gli spazi verdi sembrano staccati dalle riviste, la piscina pulita hanno fatto un completo che le foto non sono capace di riprodure purtroppo. Ringraziamo anche il Sig. Loriano e la sua famiglia e spero che diventi un'amicizia che duri tutta la vita.

Schönes Ferienhaus für einen Familienurlaub
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft besteht aus drei Ferienwohnungen und ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Der Gastgeber Loriano schaut täglich kurz vorbei um zu sehen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We love this place, stunning view, away from everything
Just an amazing place. Exactly what we expected and hoped for. We did not miss anything. The pictures definitely don't lie and everything perfect. Loriano, the owner, welcomed us as agreed with the agency and made himself understood by using google translate, communication went just fine. He stopped by once a day to check that everything was ok. Such a nice and loving man. We were 2 families of 4 people and we had the whole property to ourselves. We spent a lot of time together by the pool and on the terrace overlooking the beautiful countryside. We could easily be together - and be apart if needed. There are very winding, narrow roads leading up to the property and we planned no unnecessary "road trips". However we did not really want to be anywhere else anyway.

Nice views
Very nice view over Gallicano. Garden was cozy and well maintained, lots of tables, chairs, sunshades, etc. 3 kitchen and fridgerators, so there was plenty space for food and drinks. Kitchen’s contained everything (equipment) what we needed. There was also 3 barbecues, although we used just one of them. The house owner were kind, but he doesn’t speak any english. Fortunately one of our party speaked little Italy. One thing which bothered us: there was surveillance camera headed to the pool, but we covered it with hat when we were swimming. Location of the house is pretty high (which we ofcourse knew already), but it’s good that temperature kept comfort level at midsummer (not too hot), at least for skandinavian 🙂.

I know the owner speaks little English, but we at tuscan-retreats are always available if there are any communication issues. Please note the camera is there for the winter so the owner can see if any animals fall into the pool (it happens mainly with deer) but it is not filming in the summer. Endroit bucolique
Super accueil par Lauriano, le propriétaire. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes, tranquillité assurée. Endroit bucolique pour de parfaits moments en groupe. Randonnée à proximité, prévoir un peu de temps pour aller en ville. Merci !

Einfach nur toll!
Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz und allem was man so braucht. Auf einem (achtung: kurvenreichen) Berg gelegen mit vieeel Privatsphäre, man stört also niemanden :) Unglaublicher Panormablick, toller Pool und super netter Vermieter! Er hat sich sehr viel Mühe bei der Kommunikation gegeben, kam öfter vorbei und hat uns sogar Kuchen und Wein vorbeigebracht Grazie molto!

Fremragende
Det er rigtig dejligt sted. Husene er gamle renoverede stenhuse, i typisk italiensk stil. I haven er der grøntsager og krydderurter til fri afbenyttelse. Værten er utrolig venlig og sød ved børnene. Han taler kun italiensk, men gør sig forståelig alligevel. Huset er delt i to lejligheder + der er et hyggelig annex ved poolen til bedsteforældrene. Helt perfekt sted for hele familien. Vejen derop er meget smal og kringlet, men når først man er der vil man ikke væk igen. Fremragende beliggenhed og udsigt , billederne lyver ikke. Der er ikke aircon, men det betyder ikke noget, da huset ligger i 850m højde. Om aftenen kommer der kølig luft ind så det er behageligt at sove.

Tolle Unterkunft zum Wohlfüllen
Liebevoll hergerichtetes Anwesen, welches sehr gut gepflegt ist. Lage ist etwas außerhalb und auf 800m über dem Meer. Tolle Lage mit fantastischer Sicht. Angenehme Temperaturen auch an heißeren Tagen durch die hohe Lage. Pool war trotz der hohen Lage auch schon Anfang Juni angenehm warm. Der Besitzer schaut regelmäßig vorbei und ist sehr bemüht, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Er reagiert auch sehr schnell auf Anfragen (vor und auch während des Aufentahltes). Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft.

Tolle Tage in den Bergen der Toskana
Vista Bellissima! Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend - die Ferienhäuser sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schöner Urlaub für größere Gruppe
Wir waren zu 11. in der Wohnanlage, der Blick ist super und die Wohnung wie auf den Fotos. Sauber und ordentlich alles. Der Eigentümer kommt einmal am Tag vorbei und schaut nach dem rechten. Die Wohnanlage liegt ein wenig ab vom Schuss, ca. 15 Minuten von der nächsten größeren Ortschaft und Supermarkt entfernt und über eine Bergstraße erreichbar. Lucca 45min, Florenz 1h45min entfernt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Superbe propriété... au calme!
La semaine a été très chouette avec 2 autres familles. Superbe propriété nichée dans la montagne. Il faut le vouloir pour y arriver, mais quand on y est on n’a plus envie de quitter la piscine et la vue magnifique ! Les déplacements sont un peu longs par rapport aux belles villes toscanes, mais c’est le prix de la tranquillité. Propriétaire bien présent et très gentil!

Enchanting place with a magnificent view
We rented all three houses for 12 people, which worked very well. The grounds and the area are typically Tuscan, very charming and beautiful. The propertymanager is very helpful and available. The poolarea is particularly nice and the teenagers spent all day there :-) Nearby you’ll find Lucca, winetasting, hiking and many other activities. Highly recommendable.

What a great property

superbe endroit
La route est "surprenante" la première fois (13 minutes de "lacets" sur une route étroite dans une montagne verdoyante) mais quel plaisir de se retrouver dans ce bel endroit, aéré et au calme après de chaudes journées dans les belles villes de Toscane. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et présent quand il faut. Merci à lui pour son accueil. Nous avons passé entre amis un superbe séjour.

Agréable séjour dans magnifique propriété
Magnifique propriété, entourée d'un grand jardin bien entretenu, au calme et sans vis à vis. Belle exposition et très beau panorama. Les trois appartements, indépendants, sont confortables, bien agencés, pourvus de tout le nécessaire (BBQ, four, lave vaisselle....). Belle piscine dotée de nombreux bains de soleil. Un propriétaire discret et disponible à tout moment si nécessaire. Un grand merci à son épouse pour les deux gâteaux de bienvenue. Ici pas de caution ni d'état des lieux, seuls la confiance et le respect mutuels sont de mise. A voir absolument : Lucca et ses remparts, Pise, sa tour "pendente" et sa cours des miracles. A faire dans le parc naturel d'Orrido di Bottri : remontée du cours d'eau pour arriver sur une piscine naturelle (prévoir de bonnes baskets). Seul bémol, premiers commerçants à 20mn (routes de montagne sinueuses et très étroites - ne pas oublier le beurre...).
