“My first room was on the ground floor facing the inner courtyard. The window can be opened from the outside and there was no lock. The hotel switched me as soon as I asked and while the staff were fantastic I am not sure I would return here due to this. The person on the front desk was fantastic and completely understood but the management must fix this.”
