Villa 'Pin Bleu' close to the Sea with Pool & Wi-Fi

Located in Moliets-et-Maa, the villa Pin Bleu has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as 2 additional toilets and, can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, board games, a game console and a TV with a DVD player. Furthermore, gym equipment is available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, a covered terrace, a badminton set, tennis rackets, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

One parking space is available on the property and one in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available.

The swimming pool is heated from the beginning of April to the end of September.
