Charming semi-detached villa (renovated in 2022) with heated swimming pool (optional) in a secure residence that can accommodate up to 6 adults + 2 children.
The Villa is classified as "2-star furnished tourist accommodation".

The house overlooks hole no. 17 of the Moliets et Maa golf course.

For golf enthusiasts, you will be able to access the course reception in 10 minutes on foot (9 or 18 holes)
On the same site, you can also book a tennis court.

If you prefer water sports, the beach accessible on foot or by bike in a few minutes allows you to practice surfing, kitesurfing, kite flying, or simply relax by the ocean.

A few kilometers from the Villa, you will find a treetop adventure park, an equestrian center to entertain you during your vacation.

You can rent bikes almost all year round to enjoy the many pleasant cycle paths.

In mid and high season, all shops are open nearby (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, caterer, tobacconist, shops ...)
Out of season, you have to go to Moliets bourg (3km away) to do your shopping,
a supermarket is open all year round.
