WELCOME TO THE FAMILY ALBIZZI

For your holidays, stay in Moliets Plage in our beautiful SURF apartment. It is located in a 3* classified residence 300 m from the main supervised beach. XXL in size, this fine sandy beach is ideal for basking in the sun, practicing your favorite activities and recharging your batteries with the benefits of the ocean.
You will also be very well located for your leisure, activities, access to shops, shops and markets. For a holiday in the heart of nature in wide open spaces.

OUR SURF APARTMENT (Furnished Town Hall ref: FR7TWPMU)
As soon as you walk through the front door, you feel the bohemian atmosphere of the holidays with a pretty decoration in each room.
The living room is very pleasant with a large bay window that gives access to the terrace extended by an unenclosed garden. Its sofa bed allows it to be transformed very easily into a sleeping area.
The open-plan kitchen is very functional with all the comfort of appliances. It has many equipment for preparing meals and storage is available for your shopping.
3 comfortable bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 large queen size bed with wardrobe and adjoining dressing room, a bedroom with a large queen size bed and built-in closet, a cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds and storage unit.
Sheets, pillows, blankets and light duvets are provided. The two bedrooms with queen size beds are equipped with ceiling fans for nights that are too hot. A pedestal fan is also present and can be used in both the living room and the cabin bedroom.

THE LOCATION
On the first floor with a terrace extended by an unenclosed garden, our apartment also allows you to take advantage of the assets of the residence: secure swimming pool, children's games and parking with digicode access.
If you wish, you can spend a car-free stay. Everything is within walking distance.
From there, you can walk and walk to the immense sandy beach, the shops, the golf course or even the pine and cork oak forest.

MOLIETS ET MAÂ / MOLIETS PLAGE
If you don't know Moliets, it is a village with a pediment, typical of the southern Landes coast which extends to the ocean.
Moliets allows you to recharge your batteries in a soothing environment with its huge beach and its Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve.
For all nature lovers, it is a rare place in France that offers an oceanfront without buildings and that stretches as far as the eye can see. The main beach is 1km500 long and is part of the longest beach in Europe (106 km). Along the dune and the beach, you will find the links of one of the courses of its famous international golf course bordered by hundred-year-old trees.
Moliets offers festive entertainment, day and night markets, craft or artistic exhibitions but also a wide range of sports activities: surfing, golf, tennis, cycling, walks, hikes... and magnificent sunsets!

Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed with the presentation of the apartment, the handing over of the keys and the provision of all our equipment.
