“A total mess of management. Booked one month ahead and cannot check in due to overbooking. Seems to be some rookies who didn't understand the booking process and messed up. The front desk is quite indifferent and just asks us to contact the booking platform to make up for their own fault. Apparently running a hotel here means accepting reservations you have no intention of honoring, then acting surprised when guests show up expecting a room. The booking system is treated like a suggestion. The...

“I felt very uncomfortable during my stay when Lorrie was around. You could tell other guests felt the same way due to the lack of professionalism. I think this employee Lorrie is arrogant and treats everyone unfairly. I feel incredibly uncomfortable whenever Lorrie is around. I really wish the new ownership would conduct an internal investigation into Lorrie’s conduct as an employee. I think I’m gonna consider somewhere else should the misconduct from Lorrie continue.”
