“The staff at Tru on Davis Hwy. in Pensacola Fl. were extremely friendly and helpful! The facility was clean and well!-kept. The beds were super comfortable and the daily breakfast had an excellent selection! I would definitely stay there again! ☺️”

“Room wasn't clean at all upon arrival we saw trash on the floor candy wrapper's under the bed a dirty sock in the closet and stains on the sheets I went asked for another room they was full but I talk to the shift manager the next day she told me she would have them go clean the room well when we arrived back to the room it seemed clean but still trash and candy paper and sock in the same spot the next day our room was skipped from being clean overall everyone was nice but they need to do walk...

“Stayed 1 night. Once I checked in and was put in a room, the person next to me played their tv really loud and was talking really loud on their phone. Instead of asking the front desk to say something to this person, I just requested that they move me to a different room. The front desk lady was super nice (thank you) and was able to accommodate my request and put me on a different floor. However my room faced the road outside and it was a very very busy road. “Our 4th visit to this hotel, they had made many changes, since we were last here, and their was awesome artwork, changes in the furniture and food area was transformed. It all looked great, our room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and was well supplied, so you didn't miss out on anything. The pool I used last time, a few changes had been made, but looked good. We didn't get to use it, because of the rain.. Everyone that we did see , were very helpful and pleasant. We had a...

“Parking was fine. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was big. Floors were oily. All towels were stained and had hair on them. Entire hotel air in the hallways felt wet and smelled weird.”
