Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned house with mountain views and a shared pool for rent in Mollans-sur-Ouvèze. With a surface area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 900 m². Sheets are included, so we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Lower level:
- 30 m² garage available
- Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet

Upstairs:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, and fireplace (wood not provided)
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A dining area with TV
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha grill, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, crib, and high chair.

Outside:
- A shared 400 m² swimming pool (unheated) is located near the house. Open from April 15 to October 15.
- Enjoy a 900 m² private garden with Mediterranean charm, typical of the garrigue, with its holm oaks, olive trees, pines, and cypresses. An evening-lit terrace awaits you for al fresco dining, with garden furniture available. Breathtaking view of the summit of Mont Ventoux

The house is ideally located in Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Marseille Provence airport is 1 hour and 35 minutes away

- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent at all times when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.
