“Enjoyed our stay very much. The inn was convenient for shopping at all the little Wilmington shops and the grounds were beautiful. Saw both foxes and wild turkeys there. The Apple cinnamon pancakes were delicious and Megan and Charlie were great hosts. ”
“Good location next to a creek in charming little Wilmington. But rooms are very small and basic. No glas, no bed table or bed lamp. Had to ask the downstair restaurant for WiFi access - but it didn’t reach up to the rooms.
The downstairs restaurant seemed really nice but we came on a Sunday so there were no live music and it closed at 9 pm.
Without breakfast included it wasn ’t the best deal for us. ”

Everything about this place was PERFECT! we had the most beautiful room, the surroundings were perfect for a nice walk, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so friendly!
There is no doubt in our minds we'll be going back here.

“We loved our stay in Deerfield Valley Inn. One of the best inns in Southern Vermont that we stayed in. The room was spacious, cozy, clean and elegantly decorated with a fireplace. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The inn was right in the middle of the town so everything was walking distance. Definitely going back and highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.”
“I was pleasantly surprised in how well well-maintained this property was. Beautiful decor, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable bed and linens. We were in a king room with a little deck off the back. It was just lovely to sit outside and have a glass of wine. Check in and check out was a breeze and this adorable hotel is in a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. ”

The manager has quite the beautiful flowers and vegetables garden as landscaping, including some exotic trees. Obviously this will vary by season, but Coreopsis verticillata (yellow/orange/red) was in full glory, with Cosmos coming on, among other things. Also...
