âOne of the best places Iâve stayed in. Donât let the outside of the building deter you. Once you walk into the hotelâs floor, you forget all about the outside. The staff is so kind. Shout out to Rosy!! I loved this place so much I extended my stay. Did not want to leave Napoli. Itâs a less than 10 minute walk to the port to catch a ferry out to the nearby islands or for a cruise.

âThe location of the property is excellent given its proximity to the Port and transport hubs. We had a stunning view of the Port and Castle from our room. The staff were very friendly but professional at the same time and we felt vey well looked after - nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was varied and always delivered on time. âIn a building decidedly aged, the Domus Chilizzi was a gem of a find! Starting with Ritw who was diligently helpful and cheerful and provided lots of information that was so relenvent to this stay. The amenities were excellent and the free breakfast at Caffe Pascucci was welcome and friendly as well. Never make a decision based on the outsides. The Domus was wonderful in this traveler's eysâ

"The staff at this hotel is amazing!
Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter.
Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that.
Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.

"Clean and in good condition. Terrace breakfast a clear plus. Very close to the ferry terminal to the islands, and a reasonable walk to via Toledo, Spanish quarters and the old town. Biggest issue we had was that the water in the shower took quite a long time to heat up, so no real problems."

They chatted with me upon our arrival and booked a restaurant for our visit. When arriving the room, they showed us in and everything was clean, fresh and the bed was really nice. The day after, we needed to catch an early flight so they booked a cab and prepared breakfast. This was far above the expectations so we ate really thankful and happy. Obviously, the hotel was great too, modern och super-central. Highly recommend!
