The property features two houses and two ensuite rooms, offering luxurious accommodations for up to 18 guests.

1. The 3-Bedroom House

This is the largest house at Jahawi, meticulously built with coral blocks, finely plastered, and finished in vibrant, eye-catching colors. The first 2 bedrooms are ensuite and boast of king-size beds in spacious layouts equipped with premium amenities fit for royalty. Each attached bathroom features expansive designs, including freestanding tubs, large walk-in showers, dual vanities, and high-end finishes for ultimate comfort.

The third bedroom is extra-large, fitted with three king-size beds, ideal for groups like families, friends, or same-age travelers who enjoy sharing a family-style room.
It includes a single, expansive bathroom with the same luxurious elements:

Kitchen

A grand double door near the entrance opens to a spacious kitchen stocked with
modern appliances: a giant fridge/deep freezer, toaster, water heater, coffee maker,
microwave, and full sets of crockery and cutlery to host up to 20 guests in kingly
style.

Dining and Living Areas
This house includes one dining area and two living spaces for variety and privacy:
The main dining area faces the front double doors, creating an indoor-outdoor feel.
It features a massive table seating up to 20 guests, with an adjacent living room
furnished with executive sofas for 10.

A second living room, accessible via the dining area or kitchen door, offers a
secluded spot for relaxation.

The roof is crafted from mature, treated Eucalyptus poles (primarily Eucalyptus
grandis and Eucalyptus saligna, known as Blue Gum). The sisal-treated makonge
pole ceiling highlights 12-meter Blue Gum beams, showcasing a love for timber
artistry seen in Diani Beach icons like Mario's Bar at Leopard Beach Resort & Spa,
Nomads Beach Restaurant, and Leonardo’s Restaurant, all featuring hardwoods
like mahogany and mvuli sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo by the
late Mario Scianna.

A skilled Italian boat-builder and diver, Scianna handcrafted the nautical-themed
Mario's Bar with its signature mahogany and brass fittings.

2. The 2-Bedroom House
Located at the rear perimeter wall facing the stunning swimming pool, this house
offers its own private, spacious outdoor area. Both queen-size bedrooms are
ensuite, with expansive bathrooms featuring freestanding tubs, large walk-in
showers, dual vanities, and premium finishes.

Kitchen
Nestled between the two ensuite rooms, a spacious kitchen awaits, stocked with
modern appliances including a giant fridge/deep freezer, toaster, water heater,
coffee maker, microwave, and complete sets of crockery and cutlery, perfect for hosting up to 6 guests in kingly style.

3. Three Ensuite Rooms
Upstairs above the car park, these two ensuite rooms provide overflow space with
panoramic views of the surroundings, perfect for extra guests.
