It comprises an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a large dining table, a 160x200cm sofa bed, a sofa, two armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large American-style fridge-freezer, a microwave, a conventional oven, and an induction hob, opening onto a small balcony. A bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, TV, ample storage, a balcony, and direct access to the bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, dryer, and walk-in shower. A separate toilet is also available. Wi-Fi is included, and bed linen and towels are provided.
