Rökarhotell med nonchalant personal
Luktade rök i hela hotellet inklusive vårt rum. Verkade som vi fått ett rökarrum fast vi inte fått något val när vi bokade på Expedia om rök eller icke rök och idag förväntar man sig inte detta utan att det uppmärksammas vid bokning. När vi kom upp i rummet fanns det inte uppsättning för 2 personer i rummet, separata sängar fick vi ordna själva och vid frukost serverades ljummet kaffe och marmeladförpackningarna luktade gammalt när vi öppnade dem. I frukostmatsalen stank det också av rök. Nonchalant personal som varken gjorde sitt jobb ordentligt eller var kundorienterade. Hotellrummet var minimalt, det luktade dåligt, kändes ofräscht, duschdraperi som var smutsigt. En kväll stod balkongdörren vidöppen i vårt rum när vi kom hem och sängarna var obäddade.

Detta är inget hotell - mer som en hobbyverksamhet. Ingen service, ingen information, hotellet stänger kl 20:00 men det finns ingen information om detta. Planet landar kl 20:20, väskan tåg 35 minuter, om jag inte hade ringt från Oslo - hade jag stått utanför ett stängt hotelldörr. Men efter mycket merci, mm stannade damen till jag kom 22:20 med hyrbilen från Nice. Internet fungerar öht inte. Frukost är ett skämt för 7:50€. Endast läge - men även lilla hyrbilen var för stor för garaget. Vad göra med bilen? Mitt problem. Aldrig mer för mig. MVH

Dear Mr. Hotz, We are not surprised by your negative comment and we can reply to your comment. On your reservation, you never requested a room with a balcony. However, there was a preference for a room with a king-size bed, subject to our availability. You stayed in our hotel during the weekend of Bastille Day (mid-July) and your reservation has been made only three days before your arrival date. As we were almost fully booked, we tried our best to give you a room with a king-size bed, and you had it. On the day of your arrival, you called the Reception to inform us that you will do the check-in around 10.00 – 11.00 pm. We informed you that the Reception will be closed at this time, but we can do the check-in directly by phone. You feel surprised during the conversation as you didn’t know that the Reception will be closed. On the hotel’s conditions, it is specified that the check-in time is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. During our high seasons (Lemon Festival – Summer), the Reception is available until 8.00 pm. In our establishment, guests can smoke on their balconies. Unfortunately, we cannot control the daily cigarette consumption of our guests and their smoking area. Our private garage is available for small cars due to the dimensions of our car lift. A mention of size restrictions is noticed in our description. The first morning after your arrival date, we explained to you that your car was too big for our car lift and our owner gave you an alternative, which is secured public parking located 50 meters from the hotel. Finally, for a future stay in a hotel, we are recommending you read entirely the description and conditions of the hotel. If you have any questions, you can contact the hotel by message. L’accueil de l’hôtel est super rien à dire. Par contre la décoration les équipements… Et bien on a l’impression d’être dans une maison de retraite. Le confort du lit est moyen. J’ai dû réparer quatre fois des lattes en bois qui sont tombés. La clim fonctionne bien c’est un plus il faut le savoir. Nous avons payé 100 € la nuit sans le petit déjeunerC’est donc un peu cher pour aller chez sa grand-mère

Location good, but beware that's all they have!!!
Charmless host and cheap and uncomfortable beds, very poor bathroom provisions, soap dispenser no where near bath filled with cheap foam, no mini safe. Overall for a so called 3 star, how they got this rating, God only knows, wi-fi hopeless, money seems to come first, certainly not the customer, avoid if possible

Hotel centralissimo e quindi molto comodo ma: - wi-fi assente (mi han daro User ID/P.word ma iPhone e iPad non hanno mai rilevato la rete dell’hotel) - niente sapone in bagno (o meglio un dispenser montato sulla parete opposta alla vasca/doccia - non raggiungibile senza uscire dalla vasca/doccia) - tv con un solo canale (in lingua russa) funzionante (forse non sono stato capace io di trovare gli altri canali ma avevo sempre il messaggio di ‘segnale audio-video’ assente) Letto piuttosto comodo, arredamento datato ma funzionale. La colazione non l’ho provata. Per una notte - durata del mio soggiorno - okay ma non raccomanderei per soggiorni più lunghi. Ps. bagno senza finestra, scarsamente illuminato.

Travaillant sur Menton et Monaco j'ai réservé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnel charmant, mais une toute pette chambre, des oreillers en plumes, c'est cher pour ce genre de prestations.

Cena nieadekwatna do standardu. Obsługa pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Zrobiliśmy rezerwacje przez hotels.com 2+dziecko . System niestety nie zakwalifikował dziecka i przez pomyłkę poszła rezerwacja tylko 2 dorosłych. Po dotarciu do hotelu podaje paszporty pani patrzy na mnie jak na kosmitę i mówi ze nie ma mowy, nie przyjmie nas we trójkę!! Mamy waziac drugi pokój, jedynkę dla dziecka. Powiedziałam ze dopłacimy oczywiście ale nie wyobrażam sobie ze mamy być w dwóch pokojach?? Oczywiście kasa z karty już ściągnięta przed przyjazdem wiec pani rozłożyła ręce i nie było z nią jakiejkolwiek rozmowy. Albo bierzemy drugi pokój, albo jedno z nas śpi w aucie. Nagle w hotelu pojawiły się 2 panie które zarezerwowały 3(bo 2os już nie było) Mylę super zamienimy się. okazało się ze pani w recepcji nagle nie musi już zameldować całej naszej trójki, bierze tylko mój dokument. Oczywiście inkasuje dopłatę do 3 po stawce wyższej niż mieliśmy na hotels.com. Podsumowując zrobiła dokładnie to o co prosiliśmy czyli zameldowała nas w 2os pokoju,nie zgłosiła żadnej zmiany w rezerwacji a zainkasowała kasę za 3 os. Tak wiec za pokój zapłaciliśmy prawie 150 euro!! Pani zgarnęła kasę z hotels.com (90 euro+ ekstra dopłatę pod stołem 55euro)

Dear Anonymous, We took your comment with a lot of attention. Following your explanation (we cannot check your booking as you decided to post a comment as an Anonymous member), you made a booking for a Triple room but you came with your wife and your two kids. For security reason and following the legislation, a Triple room is availlable for a maximum occupancy of 3 people and not 4. This is the reason why our receptionist offers you the option to book a second room, unique alternative to have a family of 4 people in our establishment. Situation calme dans un beau quartier central.
Petit déjeuner : à améliorer car sans possibilité de pain en plus. Salle très sombre et pas jolie. On peut mieux illuminer en sous-sol. Nous avons dû prendre le 2ème jour un pt-déjeûner ailleurs, très bien garni et pain à choix et sans limite pour le même prix en bord de mer et au soleil. Chambre correcte avec balcon ensoleillé. Baignoire à relaver. Pas d'armoire. Prix pour chambre à 3 lits alors que ma réservation demandait 2 lits, bien à l'avance. Il suffisait d'enlever 1 lit pour appliquer le prix de cette chambre-ci comme affiché à la réception. Procédé pas bien correct. Personnel aimable. Parking gardé que pour petites voitures. Places devant l'hôtel. Très pratique.

Good location. Bad experience
This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. Disappointing and quite unpleasant. I arrived late, close to 10pm so the staff had gone home. They gave me a door code to let myself in and left a key on the counter (though they forgot to tell me the wifi code, so I couldn't use wifi the first night). When I got to my room I found there was a constant stream of water dripping from the roof of the bathroom onto the sink and toilet. The room was humid and stuffy. When I woke up the problem was still there. Not to be too graphic, it made using the loo quite an uncomfortable experience. I told the staff at the desk and they said they would have a look at it. I got back late that night, again after the staff had left. They had looked at it. The ceiling was no longer dripping. But I discovered this was because they had disabled the air conditioning and opened the window instead. It was a hot, humid night and I reckon I got maybe two hours sleep, I was so uncomfortable. Obviously this was a unique problem that would probably not apply to other rooms. But the attitude of the staff, in 'fixing' the problem and not asking if it was ok to leave me in a room with no air conditioning (they had my phone no.), was pretty poor. Apart from that, it's a good, central location. The breakfast was basic but not terrible. The room seemed clean apart from the bathroom. It was one of the cheaper options in town, but I feel spend a little more money and you could do a LOT better
