“Staff Oswaldo (driver), Estafonia & Susan were all great and helpful. Very clean room. Not much variety on breakfast options & as per owner "No Mas!" screaming at the staff not to give anything to paying guest - only maximum of 2 cups of coffee per person & not being offered exactly on the 9 o'clock dot (end of breakfast time). Embarrassing situation for pleasant/helpful staff working at the hotel of informing that she can't give anymore coffee. Our driver Oswaldo was very accommodating and...

“This hotel really deserves its name, Friends. i can’t remember the last time when I felt so welcomed. The reception is very helpful. i inmediately felt st home. There are some nice common areas if you don’t want to be in your room. i loved the rocking chair outside my room. Breakfast was good too, with fresh fruit, juice, eggs, toast and coffee/too. Only minus is some street noice in the morning.”

“Room was very clean, charming and comfortable. Interior of hotel is quiet. Rooms on front are much more exposed to street noise during the days. Hotel was very accommodating and arranged for transportation from airport and on to our next destination in Mindo. Breakfast was cooked to order, plentiful and delicious. We ordered dinner one night and it was excellent too. Rooftop offers gorgeous views. ”
