âHo passato un weekend presso il San Giorgio con la famiglia e la struttura Ăš nel centro di Fiuggi e offre un parcheggio privato. Il personale alla reception Ăš stato gentile e ha compreso le nostre esigenze. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite, bagno e doccia grande, un bel balcone. Con l'ascensore o attraverso le scale si accede alla SPA spaziosa e con offerta di acqua e tisane gratuite. Ci tornerei. â

"Rock hard beds. Terrible breakfast. Pool was okay but kids cold not okay in it even if we were there alone. Rooms dirty and old with new paint (bathroom dirty)"
"Nice hotel with comfy rooms. Free parking which was great. We never found their resturant, even after asking the staff, but the neighbouring hotel had a great restaurant and it is close to many other places. Car is recommended when staying here. "
"The Hotel is away from Rome city which means the transport is difficult and since taxis are very expensive staying at this place will cost you a lot if you donât have a car. For 2km distance the taxi charged us 31EUR!
They have no restaurant, no place like kitchen to eat except the Breakfast room which is only open 06:30 to 09:30. It means if you buy food as a take away and bring it to the hotel you need to eat it in your own room or go outside the hotel in front of the entrance. No single place or opportunity with microwave etc.
When we arrived the shower holder was broken and the roomâs telephone didnât work, they havenât checked them before giving us the room and sent a technician for fix while its not expected to disturb the guests and do the jobs after check in.
The cleaning personal used to open and enter our room quickly and immediately before we let them in or approve their entry which is very impolite.
Another negative thing is the navigation to the hotel reception. Itâs very confusing where to find the reception and there is no signs on the location.
The hotel logo is also something that makes anyone more confused by having a red triangle sign in front of the name and makes you/taxi driver think its pointing to the right direction, see the attached picture to understand what i mean. It could be a circle instead of a triangle to avoid this confusion!
