“Excellent accommodation in Monastir. Near to the top attractions in the city, but also near to the wonderful and relaxing Marina. The hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. The room was clean and nice (extra plus for the good heating during the winter time), the food (breakfast and dinner) was also very good with a variety at the dinner dishes every day. The best about this hotel was in my opinion the heated indoor pool, which was the best indoor swimming pool I have tried. Even though it...

“Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining.
Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc .
What I didn't like was being asked...
