NOTE: Only 10 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).



- A deposit of EUR 1500 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).

Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to Nuris2u, on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:

V4: Electricity - 360 Kwhs and Water - 16 m3.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
