Designed to accommodate large families or groups of friends, this exceptional chalet combines contemporary elegance, noble materials and absolute comfort with spectacular views of the Écrins massif. With its cathedral living room, refined décor and generous outdoor spaces, this top-of-the-range refuge is the ideal setting for an unforgettable reunion at altitude. The accommodation can accommodate up to 14 guests.

The accommodation is made up as follows:

Ground floor
- A spacious entrance with plenty of storage space for your personal belongings
- A dedicated, functional and well-equipped ski room for storing and drying your equipment when you return from the slopes
- A laundry area complete with washing machine and tumble dryer

On the first floor
- A vast living room bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows opening onto the surrounding peaks
- A cosy living room with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and a Samsung The Frame connected television that blends into the décor
- A cosy dining room with a large family table for sharing meals as a tribe
- A top-of-the-range open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) opening onto the living room
- Direct access to a large panoramic terrace to take full advantage of the Alpine scenery

The sleeping area (spread over the different levels of the chalet) :
- A first master suite with king-size bed (180x200) and private bathroom with toilet
- A second master suite with a king-size bed (180x200) and en suite bathroom with toilet
- A third double bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200) and en suite bathroom with toilet
- A fourth double room with a Queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom with toilet
- A cosy dormitory ideal for children, comprising a double bed (140x190) and two bunk beds (two single beds 90x190), with its own private bathroom and toilet.
- Each bedroom in the chalet has its own private bathroom or shower room and toilet.

- A large terrace extending from the living area on the first floor, with garden furniture (table and chairs) for relaxing moments.
- A pleasant garden surrounding the property

For your comfort, linen is provided, wood for the fireplace is included and your beds will be made up for your arrival.

Nearby activities:
The chalet is ideally located for exploring the Serre Chevalier valley:

- Skiing and snowboarding: the Serre-Chevalier ski area can be reached in just a few minutes from the Monêtier-1500 snow front (ski lifts and shuttle buses).
- Relaxation: the famous Grands Bains Thermaux du Monêtier are right next door for after-ski relaxation.
- Amenities: village shops, bakeries, equipment hire companies and restaurants in the centre of Le Monêtier accessible by car or shuttle bus
- Nature: high-altitude hiking trails and snowshoeing and cross-country skiing routes starting from the hamlet

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, there are five private parking spaces on site.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

- Station shuttles: regular stops nearby for easy travel between the different villages in the valley
- Nearest train station: Briançon station about 15 minutes away by car
