The ground floor boasts three sumptuous bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, and a spacious closet, while the second bedroom offers another queen-size bed and ample storage space. The third bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with two single beds, a TV, and a closet. Each room opens up to the villa's private garden through charming French doors. Completing the ground floor are two meticulously designed bathrooms, each featuring a rejuvenating shower.



A staircase leads you to the basement level, where you'll discover a leisurely haven complete with a room adorned with cozy sofas, inviting armchairs, and a billiard table. This level also houses two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a single bed, providing flexibility for accommodating your guests. A well-appointed bathroom with a shower rounds out this lower level.

- Check-in is available between 15:00 and 20:00 and must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

- Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.

- Requests for check-in or check-out outside of regular hours may be accommodated based on availability, incurring an additional fee ranging from €20 to €40 for arrivals after 20:00.

- Please be informed that parties or other events are not permitted at the property.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the villa.

- Regrettably, pets are not allowed on the premises.
