âWelcoming staff-Jude is phenomenal-helpful, courteous, friendly and patient. Room was beautiful, comfy and lovely room and bathroom. Location is in heart of town, Even the post office is next store. Convenient on street parking. Lovely full breakfast included in delightful onsite cafe. Highly recommend! â

âFantastisk trevlig personal som sĂ„g till att hela familjen trivdes, familje rummen stora och rymliga med kingsize sĂ€ng + enkel sĂ€ng. Maten som serveras var av hög klass och priserna inte allt för dyra. Det enda negativa var tiderna för poolen med barn 2 timmar pĂ„ morgonen och 2 timmar pĂ„ eftermiddagen.â

I forgot my tablet when checking out and it was easy and convenient to pick it back up after work. They were very tentative and reached out to me quickly in this matter.
Rooms are old fashioned, but very nice and the beds are comfortable and you sleep great in them.

Great restaurant down stairs and a gym next door.
Rooms might starting to see some aging, but comfy beds and pillows and it is very nice and clean.

"I stayed for one night only, during a business trip. I booked a room with a double bed, but was given a room with two single beds put together. I requested to change, explaining that I have a bad back, but was told that there were no rooms of that type available, and was told they canât do much for me, when the correct thing to do is to offer an upgrade where there is a double bed. Itâs absurd to have to sleep with two beds splitting up underneath oneâs back when one books a room with a king/queen bed.
I also requested to check out an hour later so I could go to the gym, given that my flight was late afternoon. I was abruptly told that they do not allow any late checkouts, despite the statement on the website of the hotel that informs guests that they always try to accommodate late checkouts, and guests should ask.
I travel roughly 150 days a year for work and can say that the service at the Dean Cork is rude, unfriendly, abrasive and just overall lousy.
Bed was cracking and springs could be felt. Cracks on tiles and walls and doors in the room.
