“We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all”

“We, a family of five, spent three nights at this amazing hotel in the vicinity of Bath. We have no complaints whatsoever. The eight acre garden was beautiful and so was the building. The room was spatious and clean, the staff were friendly and breakfast was perfect. The kids loved the pool and my wife loved the cats strolling along in the garden. I would recommend this hotel to anyone searching for relaxation and some time off.”

“The Neeld is an excellent facility, well worth your consideration. It’s well located for anyone like ourselves, looking to break up a journey from the far SW to London and back again. The room we had was spacious; clean; warm and comfortable. The breakfast is reasonably priced and there is a good choice of evening meals which saves you having to find a restaurant. The staff are welcoming and helpful both to us and our pet dog. ”

“The area around Box Hill is beautiful. Some nice little nature areas within strolling distance. Good star-gazing. Staff at the pub were great, as were the locals. Excellent local ciders and ales. Food was great too, great ploughman's lunch. Amazing place to watch the sunset and see the lights of Bath in the distance. ”

“The welcome was friendly and check in efficient. The room was delightful - room 3. The evening meal was simply delicious and very fairly priced. Breakfast was tasty and filling and all you needed. Good quality bacon. The little shop had lots to tempt for early Xmas presents too. We wish the business all the best, will recommend to everyone we know and will be back soon.”

“Food great and great value - inc Breakfast and Dinner. But would have liked some lighter option alternatives - fruit or sea bass or salmon or omelette salad - due to advanced age!! Sorry! I had dined at Mr. White’s new Balham Restaurant back in the day! Room and Shower Room lovely and spacious. Parking easy. Bed and sleep good. Might have appreciated a bit of help with case given age! Staff really friendly and helpful. Decor and collection display of artifacts amazing and just my style!! ...
