“I must admit I was a little skeptical when I arrived. The motel is obviously very old. We grabbed our key from the bulletin board, no onsite office. Found the room around back, parallel parked in front of the door. Very pleasantly surprised once I went inside. It was updated with a cute kitchenette, nice beds. The bathroom could use more shelves or towel bars. Besides that it was perfect for our stay.”
“Ett väldigt mysigt boende nästan ute i ingenstans. Perfekt om ni tänkt besöka spökstaden Bodie, då avtagsvägen ligger strax intill hotellet. Mysiga rum och sköna sängar. En härlig känsla att efter en lång dag sitta nere vid den porlande bäcken och ta en lokal öl. Maten är fantastisk och servicen från ägarna likaså. Kommer jag nån gång förbi här igen så tvekar jag inte att bo här. ”
“The owner checked us in and told us of some awesome local hot springs to check out. He also pointed us to the best food choices in town. The rooms were restored nicely, very spacious, and clean. The owner even gave us a little tour and talked about some of the building’s history. Very much enjoyed the communal espresso machine, fridge, and back porch. A nice relaxing stop!”
“Gladis was very nice during check in. Even made sure we knew what time sunrise over Mono lake was which I thought was very thoughtful. The entire place was very clean and had so much charm! ”
“The staff was very friendly, the manager was great! Smooth check in. We were just passing trough and stayed for two nights and we were very pleased with our stay. Breakfast wasn’t big but enough! Small but cozy area with a few good restaurants. Close to Bodie Ghost Town and some great hot springs! Definitely would stay again!”
“Trevligt roadhotel. Varken frukost eller AC men fläkt fanns att tillgå på rummet. I det stora hela ett helt ok hotell sett till priset i ett mycket vackert område. Restaurangen på hotellet rakt över vägen rekommenderas starkt och förhöjde besöket ytterligare.”
