“Good hotel centrally located but still a little by the side in a calm area. The hotel is not new. But the room was very good, modern, clean and big. Comfortable beds. Tv was new and modern. Minifridge and some of the furnitures had signs of wearness. Parking was free which was very good. The first parking lot near the hotel felt more safe than the second parking lot further away which felt more unsafe. Breakfast area had many people. The options was ok. So then you have to use the open parking lot next to the hotel. I liked the open parking lot because it was near the hotel and had pretty good light. Daytime there was a guard at the parking lot. The hotel is very nice in the general areas but I thought the room would to be more modern and new. Furnitures, kitchen and bathroom hade some wear...

“ The hotel is surrounded by very tall buildings that look very cool. Parking was good.Our room was clean, fresh, and inviting. We really liked the downstairs area too. They also had water available and cups too and machines for hot water for your hot chocolate. The vending machines were also cool being they had a freezer vending machine too with the icecream. sandwhiches inside though it is pricey. Overall, a great experience here!”

“The front desk staff (and valet team) are truly amazing! Just minutes before I was leaving to go to my son’s graduation my glasses broke and the front desk staff were extremely helpful to find crazy glue and basically were just the nicest group ever! The hotel is convenient to everything “Pitt” and our room was wonderful and clean and we even lucked out with a view of the Cathedral of Learning which was a great treat! Highly recommend this hotel!
