Carlo V is a vacation home created from the careful renovation of an
old house with vaulted ceilings and exposed stones, arranged on several
levels and with an entrance along the charming narrow streets of the
historic center.
Picturesque internal staircases connect the different floors of the house.
The
entrance is into a comfortable living room furnished with dining room
and kitchenette, sofa and TV. The room is air-conditioned.
In the basement there is 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room.
Also on the first and second floors are 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite shower room, mini fridge and coffee maker.
 
Finally, on the top floor, there is a beautiful terrace with panoramic view, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Carlo V is located in the historic center of Monopoli, along one of the
characteristic narrow streets a few steps from the Carlo V Castle
overlooking the renowned port of Monopoli.
The location is perfect
for exploring the beauty of the historic center and for walking to the
beach of Cala Porta Vecchia, which is just 400 meters away.
From
here it only takes a few minutes by car to reach Polignano a Mare, just 9
km away, but also Alberobello, the capital of trulli and UNESCO World
Heritage Site, just 21 km away.






- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
-  First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The room at the bottom floor doesn't have air conditioning.
