TD Palazzo Maris La Lampara Townhouse w/ Sea View

La Lampara is a lovely flat on the first floor of what was once a fishermen's building, now entirely renovated and used as a holiday home. You will love its location in close proximity between the 'New Port' and the 'Old Port', a few steps from the characteristic archway leading to the historic centre. Through the front door a shared staircase leads to the first floor where a door gives access to the flat with an entrance into the living area with a comfortable sofa bed and smart TV and a small bathroom with shower. This is followed by a modern kitchen equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee machine and snack bar with stools.
Finally there is a bedroom with a double bed and behind it a comfortable bathroom with a shower. Each room has a small balcony overlooking the alley and the harbour, and the furnishings have been carefully designed to follow a contemporary line. The terrace on the top floor enjoys a 360° view of the harbour with the lighthouse and of the surrounding bell towers and rooftops, used as a solarium and available to each apartment. 
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you decide not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00.
The apartment does not have private parking. As it is located in the historic center, which is a  ZTL (limited traffic zone) , it is not possible to access it by car. You can park near Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II , 70043 Monopoli (BA), or in the nearby streets.White lines indicate  free parking , while blue lines indicate  paid parking .

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
1. Check in from 4:00 pm
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
3. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
4. Check-out time: 10:00 am.
5. At check-in time you will have to pay the Monopoli tourist city tax of 2,00 € per person per night.
6. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
7. Extra linen: €25.00 per person.
8. Extra midweek cleaning: € 30.00 per hour per cleaner.
