Vico delle Palme is an apartment on the first floor of an ancient tuff stone house, adjacent to the citrus grove of Palazzo Palmieri in the historic center of Monopoli. The house is about 200m from the city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia, is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient tuff stone house in the historic center of Monopoli, in a characteristic stone alley adjacent to the citrus grove of Palazzo Palmieri. The house consists of a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge, steel sink and dining table with chairs. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The living room leads to the bathroom with shower. Finally, there is a bedroom with a double bed equipped with a toilet and a small balcony overlooking the characteristic little alley and the citrus grove of Palazzo Palmieri. The accomodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12.
