"Receptionen är inte otrevlig men knappast vad man kallar för serviceminded. Sen är rummen väldigt slitna i äkta Hilton anda med heltäckningsmattor, badkar där emailjen försvann med eurotechno och där tv'n ser 10 år gammal ut. AC enhet i rummet som gör att den väsnas otroligt mycket när den körs och svår att reglera jämn. Men sängen är ren och bekväm. "

"My room was in unacceptable condition. The area under and around the radiator was covered in black mold, with visible damp spots on the carpet. The wall panels were broken and partially detached, exposing filthy insulation and dust buildup. It’s clear that this isn’t a recent issue — the mold and damage indicate long-term neglect and serious hygiene concerns. The air quality was poor, and the room didn’t feel safe to stay in. This hotel urgently needs a deep cleaning, mold remediation, and repair work before renting out these rooms. I do not recommend staying here until they address these issues. "

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "
