Villa Jazmin is one of the best rented houses in the area of Pino Alto. Its totally secluded private garden allows you to feel very comfortable and not overlooked. Pine forest right in front of the house provides fresh and cool air even in August.
The house is designed in two floors.
The ground floor consists of: spacious living room with air conditioning, large dining area with direct access to shady terrace; fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, and washing machine. All bedrooms are equipped with inbuilt wardrobes.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed, has access to a terrace with views, the other bedroom has two single beds. On this floor there is another bathroom with a shower and a bath.
At the entrance of the house you will find a large terrace followed by sun terrace, so that you have two options: open den and shaded area were you can have your dinners and breakfasts Al Fresco. The terrace has an access to the house by general entrance, to have a comfortable access to the kitchen, or by living room entrance to the terrace.
Large swimming pool 8x4mts with sun-longes and nice trees give you welcoming shade in summer months. The swimming pool is totally secluded if you wish to sunbathe and swim "au naturelle", you are not overlooked.
Guests will appreciate fully equipped barbecue area.

The closest supermaket is in 5 min. walking distance from the house. Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 7 min. from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.

It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.
