Can Blanc de Montagut is nestled in a quiet valley, along the FluviĂ River. The house is only 1.5 km from the A26 between Olot and BesalĂș. Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach almost all the attractions in the region.
This rustic farmhouse features a spacious kitchen with views over the fields and hills, equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, electric hob, oven, dishes, pans, cutlery, and a washing machine. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large dining table for 10 people, perfect for enjoying a meal together. The dining room is also a delightful place to play games in the evening by the fire of the large wood stove or read a book on the sofa.
There are three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a very comfortable 180x200cm bed, including a master bedroom with a sitting area and a large wardrobe. There is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and a changing table for guests with babies.
In front of the house, there is a private garden and terrace where you can enjoy peace and space. On the other side of the house, there is another terrace with a large dining table and garden chairs for extensive dining. Next to the house is a shared barbecue area that includes a covered outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and two sinks. There is also a shared garden with a pool, surrounded by loungers and perfect for cooling off on hot days. The pool is maintained twice a week by a professional pool maintenance company. The house has (free) private parking next to it.

- Tourist Taxes: In accordance with Catalan tax regulations, a tourist tax of 1,- per guest above 16 years old for the first 7 nights will be charged on the day of your arrival. If you book through Els Majordoms, this will already be included in the price.

Can Blanc de Montagut is located in the neighborhood 'Els Angles.' This is a tranquil valley with fields, a few houses, and a farm at the foot of the well-known village 'Castellfollit de la Roca.' The valley is shaped by the FluviĂ River flowing through it. From the house, there are several short and long hiking trails along the Fluvia, over the mountains, and to Castellfollit de la Roca, which is just a 40-minute walk from Can Blanc de Montagut.

The house is located near a pig farm. From time to time, you can hear the animals, especially during feeding hours when they get excited. There are no bad odors. The neighboring farm, Can Blanc, owned by the BatallĂ© group, is a breeding farmâno animals are slaughtered there. It has been recognized as the best pig farm in the Garrotxa region for its responsible management in biosecurity and animal welfare. The farm is committed to high-quality standards and respectful treatment of the animals, and it continuously works to establish new benchmarks in the industry.
