Pretty portion of a well-renovated rural building located in an excellent panoramic position, in the countryside near Montalcino. The house is divided into two adjoining apartments.

Ap.to A sleeps 4 on the ground floor living room - dining room with fireplace, TV, kitchenette with oven, on the first floor a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Ap.to B with 3 beds on the ground floor living room with kitchenette with oven, a single bedroom, a small bathroom, on the first floor a double bedroom.

Swimming pool (6.50x3.50 m, depth 1,40 m), 180 m fenced garden with gazebo, barbecue, mosquito nets, washing machine.



Prices include water, gas, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Baby cot € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
