Dear guest, I immediately reply to his review. The Abbey of Sant'Antimo and the Brunello of Montalcino area is only 6 km from the Villa, as is clearly indicated in our ad (are you able to read??). The village of Montalcino is 25 km away. The torrent did not have water this year because in Tuscany this summer was not raining. There was no water even in the rivers ... Drought has caused great damage to vineyards and olive trees. The villa is a private house and not a hotel, there is no reception service, because everyone who loves us enjoys total privacy. However, I am the manager and are always available at any time and for any need and problem. Bed and bath linen is supplied and washed by us, no one told him to wash anything (this is totally false). In the private villa there are so many services that sometimes even the 5 star hotels have. Here are the paid services: - Linen change and pool towels - Daily housekeeping - Breakfast Service - Private Chef in Villa - Grocery shopping service in Villa - Babysitting Service - Massage and Music Therapy - Reiki massage under the secular oak - Professional photographic service - Horseback riding in Nature Reserve - Live music and Medieval music - Tuscany private Tour - NCC Taxi service The Villa is new and very clean!
