The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area complete with an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes only, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped, and an additional bath/bidet/WC is also available on this floor.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 160 cm. The second bedroom also features a double bed measuring 160 cm and benefits from an en-suite shower/WC. The third bedroom is fitted with both a single bed measuring 80 cm and a double bed measuring 160 cm, and includes a shower/bidet/WC as well as a private exit to the garden. Please be aware that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main property, with no internal connecting door between the 2 separate units.

On the upper floor, an open room with characterful sloping ceilings offers additional sleeping space, furnished with a single bed measuring 80 cm and a sofabed measuring 80 cm. Natural stone floors run throughout the entire property, lending a warm and authentic feel to every room.
