“AC couldn't been better, but it was overall pretty good.”

“The view was great. Parking was great as well. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They need an update on painting, a lot of chipped paint through out. You want to be careful where you are walking or will be bringing chicken poop up to the room with you. The restaurant was nice, great views and we had Paul most days and he was a hoot. The smell of pot was everywhere we went around the property couldn't really get away from it. Our room was right above where they rent the jet ski and was worse...

“Idk where to start.. but first they advertise being kid friendly and it's not. They have nothing for kids to do so if you don't rent a car do not bring your kids here.. they will be bored. The staff is rude, you'll run into one or two employees that are attentive but other then that they're all rude and have no sense of urgency. The front never answers the phone if there's an emergency. And if you walk to the front late at night the doors are wide open with no security and no one at the front...

“Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.”

“The resort had nice rooms with good amenities. The check in and out Staff were pretty stiff and seemed not to be enjoying their jobs. No smiles at greetings or check out. The guys who drove us to our room was excellent and friendly. We counted over a 100 steps to carry our bags up to check out and it would of been nice to offer a ride back up the steep incline. The girl who check us out said it wasn't an option.”

“St. John Inn is the best place I ever stayed at! The staff were amazingly friendly and the second you step into their door you feel like home! It was a great place to stay both because of all friendly people we meet but also because the hotel got the best location. Doesn't matter if you like good restaurants, shopping, hiking, snorkeling or just relax at the beaches, this place is close to it all! You are also able to borrow snorkeling gear and beach towels which is great! Every afternoon at 5...

“First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can...
