âSehr zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer und Bad, gute Klimaanlage, allerdings muss man dem Personal Bescheid geben, wenn man es kĂŒhler möchte. Leider geht der LĂŒfter im Bad nur tagsĂŒber und morgens gar nicht. Handbrause leider mit Schimmelbesatz. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr sĂŒĂlastig. Und die AuĂenanlagen wirken sehr ungepflegt, Poolumrandung nur halbfertig, keine Schirme am Pool, Liegen und Auflagen schmuddelig, nicht sehr einladend. â

âIn general a very basic hotel. I booked a Junior Suite (as the booking price then was the same as a standard room, but bormally itâs not). The extra space though did not contribute in any way to more comfort, actually just a greater distance to the small and worn out bathroom. Donât get fooled by the pictures, the âdecorâ in the room not very appealing.
Breakfast was the worst I had so far in Italy.
My Spa appointment was cancelled by them half an hour after it was confirmed.

The atmosphere at the hotel is very private and low key and gives you the feeling of having your own Tuscan villa. The staff is very serviceminded and professional. "This camping is in a good beautiful location but pictures doesnât really show that your bungalow is down the hill and with no views and the pool (as the picture) is not the camping pool, it is more a public pool and in another area.
The bungalow was very small so we couldnât take any bags in, kitchen a bit old, it was ants everywhere and poor cleaning, wifi was terrible down the hill,
we slept good though, beds where ok, but I wouldnât choose again.
