“Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldn’t fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house...
“I stay here every time I visit NY which is a couple times a year. The staff, specifically Jocelyn, is the greatest! So sweet and caring! Really makes the whole experience worth it. This time around, it seemed like there was leaf blowing happening in the mornings around 9 or 10am so that kinda sucked hearing. The location is pretty convenient since it’s near to Bay Plaza. ”

“The hallways smelled like wet dog on our floor annd the pool wasn’t heated, it was tolerable but cold. Other than that our stay was great. This was a nice property to stay for 5 days.”
“Dominic was very welcoming and gave us a free early check in. The Edge is super close to the A subway line and if you need to be further uptown, this Hotel is a great place to stay. Had a nice gym and lounge area where you could sit and eat or just relax. Convenient location and a different experience staying in the Heights vs Midtown.”
