“The setting is beautiful and the breakfast and dinner at their restaurant was amazing.The room we had facing the swimmingpool could have been more inviting with a walkway to reach the room with luggage. “The villa is beautifully renovated with modern interior/appliances while retaining rustic, Tuscan character. The views are perfect. The pool is wonderful and a very decent size. Fabulous sunsets from the pool and terrace. Comfortable beds, good showers and a very well equipped kitchen. We loved that we could walk into Montefellonico which is a small, unspoiled village. “It was a great, large property for many people! We enjoyed the pool and the area to roam, the barn cats were a big bonus! The only downfall were the small showers and the cobwebs, but we still really enjoyed our time there!!”

Hotel Dei Capitani

"It's difficult to navigate the narrow streets of Montalcino with a car, but the village is well worth it. The hotel is small and the staff very friendly. The view over the landscape from our room (towards the north-east) was breathtaking. No dinner, but a very good breakfast buffet with excellent coffee. The village is good for a few walks, but perhaps even better as a base for excursions; we took a day in Siena. Restaurants are better value than in the larger cities."

"Villa Di Piazzano is a wonderful place in all ways. From the fantastic staff who does everything in their power to make the stay pleasant, wonderful and comfortable. The food is absolutely amazing, first class all the way and the surrounding stunning beautiful. Especially beautiful is enjoying the gorgeous sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. Could’ve stayed forever and will definitely come back. "

"We are so happy to be guests at San Gregorio. Very nice and comfortable hotel, offers much more than expected. The best thing was the art that the hotel is full of, every corner carefully planned. Walking to your room gives you the feeling of being in a museum A real gem in the middle of Pienza/Toscany."

"Pienza is a small picturesque town located in the middle of the wonderfully beautiful Tuscan countryside. Well worth a visit!! It takes about 1 hour from Siena by car and the journey there is very beautiful. The hotel is absolutely wonderful with fantastic views of Tuscany. It is quiet and peaceful and breakfast was taken with a wonderful view and was great. The staff very nice and friendly can clearly recruit this hotel."
