The second house is 160 square metres on two floors and has two suites with en-suite bathrooms, an American-style living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, equipped outdoor spaces like the main house and another sitting area on the mezzanine floor. Suitable for 4 max. 7 persons. Both villas are surrounded by a fenced park with swimming pool and a d.o.p. olive grove with 430 plants in production. Large swimming pool equipped for sunbathing with sun loungers, gazebo and table tennis. In the third private house you will find the owners available for any needs, help and tourist information.
